These eco-friendly contemporary lodges, with their grass and flower roofs, are positioned in a tranquil location on the edge of Holsworthy. These unique lodges are situated overlooking the owner's public coarse fishing lakes which are well stocked with Carp, Roach and Rudd and free to fish for residents staying at the lodges. Please note that correct fishing equipment is required for safety and the well-being of the fish. The further unfenced wildlife pond is a haven for a variety of birds and is the perfect place for nature lovers with numerous trails to discover. The nearby town of Holsworthy offers a variety of pubs, shops and restaurants, and the sandy surfing beaches and rugged North coast at Bude are just a 20 minute drive. There are lots of local attractions in the area including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Launceston Steam Railway, the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore and numerous golf courses, to name just a few.
The lodges have been built and furnished to a high standard. Ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. Beach 11 miles, shops and pubs 1 mile.
The accommodation offers: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, and 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC. Large open-plan living area, the fully equipped kitchen offers ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Dining area. Lounge with woodburner effect electric fire, TV with Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and patio doors, with views overlooking one of the lakes and countryside, opening onto a large decked terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
